The fruits are 1 inch in diameter. Fruits are red when ripe and the juicy pulp is white. Fruits are sweet and aromatic and the skin is eaten with the fruit. With this guava, you can pick it off of the bush or tree and eat them right away without further preparation.
The Strawberry Guava shrub is a FAST grower and bears fruits in only 1-2 years! Once the fruit appears, it ripens within 3-4 months.
