Refunds, Returns & Exchange Policy

Due to the personal nature of our business we will try our best to give you the best experience.

Refunds: Refunds will be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.

Botánica Item Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of placed order if products have not been opened or used.

Damaged Fruits: Refunds will be accepted on damaged fruits if fruit seeds are shipped back to return address. Otherwise, you will be given the option of exchange, partial refund or no refund.

Customer is responsible for return & exchange cost, such as shipping.
