Refund & Return Policy

Due to the personal nature of our business and our dedication to providing high-quality products and services, we will make every effort to ensure that you have the best experience possible with us.

Refunds: If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours of placing it, a $10 cancellation fee will apply and will be deducted from your payment amount, including any processing fees.

Botánica Item Returns: Returns will be accepted within a 15-day window from the date of your order if the products have not been opened or used in any way. In the case that you need to return an item, please be aware that the customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs, including the initial shipping expenses.

Damaged Fruits: Please note that we do not accept refunds for any fruit products. However, if you encounter damaged fruit or fruit that did not ripen properly, we will be happy to provide store credit or a replacement fruit as an alternative.

PREORDER Fruits: We do not offer refunds or cancellations for PREORDER fruits once 24 hours have passed after your order has been placed.
